The hotel is in a GREAT location near many shops and restaurants! I found the room to be well appointed and met all my expectations. This hotel is a great choice because of its location.
I discovered no plug near the mirror. Getting ready was difficult! On my first day, I tried to order room service, but I was unable to reach anyone by phone. A pending transaction was applied to my card upon check out.

The breakfast setup felt chaotic. It was hard to find available bowls and cups. Getting an omelette was an ordeal. I wanted a custom filling, but the staff disappeared before I could specify. Our room had a broken tv, which WASN'T ideal after a long day.

Convenient and well-equipped stay

the gym on the 12th floor provided plenty of views. housekeeping maintained my room to a high standard. a wide range of options was available at breakfast and staff replenished it frequently. i got a reasonable mid week rate including breakfast, booked directly using the app.
i could not find a nearby plug for the one mirror in the room. this made using a hair dryer quite inconvenient. it was disappointing for a hotel of this standard.

westfield stratford shopping complex is just beside the hotel. many options to eat and drink are available there. stratford railway station and stratford international are close by. the hotel is easily accessible from heathrow airport via the elizabeth line.
